Usually, it takes 3 to 6 business days for the delivery of your orders through our
assigned shipment.

Deals are time to time run promotional or occasional discounted
offerings in which you get the same merchandise at less value than
the actual price value.

Q5. How to redeem vouchers or coupon codes?

To redeem vouchers and coupon codes you have to use the CODE at the time of
checkout in the VOUCHER COUPON CODE SECTION to avail the discount as
mentioned in the vouchers or coupon.

Q6. What if I have received damaged product?

JOERIYA takes utmost care while packaging all its merchandise to deliver it with care to your doorstep. But if in case the merchandise is still delivered in
damaged condition, you have to inform us within 24 hours of the delivery on our
email i.e. hi@joeriya.com along with the pictures of the damaged article. Then
our team of experts decides on the replacement of the damaged article.

Q7. What if there is delay in delivery?

We at JOERIYA take extra care of meeting out our delivery commitments that is
why we ship your orders through most reliable and on time postal services.
Incase of any delay in the shipment you will be informed about the reason.

Q8. What if I canceled the order?

You can cancel the order until it has been dispatched. If the order has already
been dispatched it cannot be canceled.
